Brand New CD Now Available!

POSTED ON 2010-09-01 17:12:07

This year marks the 50th Anniversary of the Dixie Echoes Quartet. To honor this milestone, we have released a new cd titled "Golden Celebration". It features several of the groups most popular songs through the years as well as a few other great quartet selections. This cd features new recordings of "Suddenly A Rainbow" and "Lord Lead Me Home", which were both voted Top 10 Song of the Year in the Singing News Fan Awards. Other Dixie Echoes staples such as "I'll Take Jesus" and "Devil And His Old Suitcase" have also found a place on this new project.

You will have the opportunity to hear our new bass singer, Trent Adams, featured on both "Child Of The King" and "Your Sins Will Find You Out". Although the song "I'll Take Jesus" was at the top of the charts in 1976, we have decided to re-release it to radio as part of our 50th Anniversary Celebration. The song was written and performed by Randy Shelnut.

The cd is now available in our online store. BUT, If you want to own it instantly...
You can order individual songs, or the complete cd as digital downloads. Not only will you be able to have them on your computer instantly, you will save money, and they will already be in a digital format ready to transfer to your iPod or mp3 player. All of the Dixie Echoes cds, as well as Stewart Varnado's instrumental cds, are available as digital downloads in the online store. (Several of these cds are out of print, so this is the only way to get a copy of these songs!).
